Returns
You have ​14 calendar days to return an item from the date that you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you are returning it due to a defect, you must notify us via email (ericka@perfectlyadorned.com) within 48 hours of receiving your merchandise and include a photo of the damaged item and a description of the problem in the email. Instructions will be sent to you on how to complete your return.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.
Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non​refundable. The shipping costs will be deducted from your return credit.
Shipping costs on orders vary based on your location and will be calculated at check out. Orders $100 or more will receive free shipping.
